The good, old Stanley knife, despite being a stalwart of the Australian toolbox for generations, is far from anything that could be described as aesthetically pleasing. Thankfully, there is now the iSlice Box Cutter, which brings both ergonomics and style to cutting up boxes.
The iSlice, from cutting company Slice, features a ceramic blade and a patent-pending non-slip handle. The blade itself is hand-sharpened, and Slice promises it will last up to 10 times longer than a standard steel razor. The design actually restricts the amount of blade exposed, making injuries less likely than a fully exposed razor.
